Last year I made a chalkboard menu that you can find here. It cost about $6, and that included purchasing chalkboard spray paint. Here are some better pictures of the chalkboard (my photography skills haven't necessarily improved, I just now realize the pictures from the original post were bad because I was taking them at night!)
I also found this one I liked on Pinterest by Little Birdie Secrets.
Cute! It's pretty simple too...just take a frame, put scrapbook paper in it and either write Menu & the days on the paper or cut out vinyl (if you have a machine like a Silhouette or Cricut) and put the vinyl on the glass. Then each week just write on the glass with a dry erase marker!
This would be a great gift for any mom/family to help keep them organized when it comes to meals, and either way you make it (chalkboard or frame) would cost less than $10.
